Session A

On the way to H2H.

Prepare and learn how to train your H2Hds. Strengthen your handstand drill the shapes needed to stick on top of your base. Learn to balance your flyer with intent making them feel safe. What is the pathway and how to build up the progressions. 

Session B

Dance acro.

Get ready to move to the music and play. From classic rock and roll moves to improvising and combining the different skills. Learn how to integrate the dance stylings with your higher level tricks.

Classic moves like the Sophie, handstand to high bird, scarf to handstand on thighs.

Session C

Different ways I to standing H2H.

Let's get in and out in progressive ways. Being able to move into standing h2h through different paths create the stepping stones into the other entrees that are further down the road and harder to reach. Taking the time on the right exit will help your inlocates. Just like the Tampam is the start of the Bronco.

Session D

Trio pass the flyer.

Passing the flyer from one base to the other can help With the skills of throwing and catching as you can focus on one of them first if you throw to another base. Passing your flyer on makes for wonderful show material and creates great teamwork. Your first extended Standing acro happens with this kind of material.
