This is where you'll begin your journey into the art of Lyra (aerial hoop).  This class focuses on gaining the flexibility, strength, and endurance necessary to hold yourself in the air for increasing lengths of time. You will train your body to safely climb, balance, sit, lay on, twist yourself up in, hang from, invert, and roll around on the lyra comfortably with grace & ease.
