Train to be circus strong. This fitness circuit class is designed to take you through training techniques on aerial equipment, with acrobatic drills, and all the prehab and rehab work to help round out your fitness or aerial journey. A must for injury prevention and body awareness. 

The classes will always be changing to keep you moving in new and fantastical ways. We will be to help build strength, stamina, and flexibility while finding your potential to soar.
