Dynamic Trapeze/Lyra is a crash course into the world of dynamic movements on bar apparatus.
The workshop will cover rolls including front and back hip circles, mill circles, russian rolls and
elbow circles as well as release moves like cut aways, PK turns, penny drops and more.
Prerequisites: Intermediate level on bar or vertical apparatus
This will take place at the Black Box Theater located at 1060 Union in the West Bottoms.
