Trapeze: Skills & Drills (Intermediate)
Trapeze - Skills & Drills: Grow your power and grace on the bar. We’ll strengthen your lines, improve bar pathways, and practice controlled tricks, poses, and transitions. For those who already have basic lyra OR basic silks experience, who would like to add some new tricks to their vocabulary, as well as build strength and flexibility while exploring the oldest circus apparatus!
Prerequisite skills: ✪ Successfully execute the 4 Introductory moves from either the Intro to Lyra, OR the Intro to Silks class.
