Sound Bath Sundays! Relax in an aerial hammock and find your zen, as you suspend and float with the sounds of crystal bowls and various other instruments for a more meditative experience. Instructions will be given at the beginning for possible poses and positions, but otherwise, this is not a class. This is a chance to come and relax, tune in, and unwind at the end of the weekend!
